Just like my Pandesal, you will love this Soft roll bread. Preparation time is lesser than Pandesal. My Nining loved it she has tried baking this soft roll alone ( i am of course keeping an eye on her) video clip below Ingredients: 330g        Bread Flour 55g          salted butter 4g            yeast 150ml      warm milk 3g            salt  1              egg 40g          sugar Steps: Stir together all ingredients except bread flour, then combine little by little the bread flour. Just like what  I use to do when kneading if it is too sticky I would always put some butter on my hand to make my kneading easier. divide the dough into 12- 15 portions depending on the size you want.  Form every portion into a ball. Pandesal Here is my very easy but yummy fluffy Pandesal (Watch Video below)   450-500g Flour  65g Sugar  50g Butter  1tsp salt (make less if  you are using salted butter)  1 egg  7g Yeast  250ml Milk (warm) H-Milk or fresh Milk  extra butter or 1 tbsp oil for the bowl  Bread crumbs  Steps:  stir together warm milk, melted butter, egg and yeast  combine dry ingredients (flour, sugar, and salt)  mix well until the Dough becomes shaggy.  I don't use mixer just mix them well until the dough is ready to knead.  If the dough too sticky you can sprinkle little bit flour or put some butter or cooking oil in your hand to make the kneading easier. Form the dough into a ball. Put it in the bowl and cover it. Let it stand for about an hour until the size became double.  Deflate the Dough, let the air out. Ich komme von den Philipinen und ich kenne genau den unterschied zwischen Lebensweise, Kultur, Sprache, Essen, Erziehung, Bildungs usw. hier und auf den Philippinen. Auf den Philippinen können die meisten Leuten gut Englisch sprechen. Meine Muttersprache ist Filipino(Tagalog), aber ich spreche auch gut Englisch, weil ich glaube, dass Englisch die Welt Sprache ist, und ich dachte wenn ich gut Englisch sprechen kann , wäre das genug, aber das war n...
